From what you said in your previous message, it sounds like your Irises
could be divided. Now would be a good time for you to do it. Dig them up,
and cut them apart at the joints in the rhizomes. Keep the healthiest fans
for replanting, and discard any lifeless sections of rhizomes. Cut the
leaves back so that about 6" remains. Replant as soon as possible.
