Hi Linda,

I plant my seeds in vermiculite mixture in a pot in late November, early December and put them in the green house over winter keeping them somewhat moist but not wet.  I do not soak, sand or refrigerate them.  I would say, I have a 80% growth rate.    I hope this helps you.
