i tried it on 4 versions of AOL and it worked ok. The first mistake I usually
make is to copy and paste with extra charecters at the end.

That little period at the end will get me every time!

If the site is unrated the Internet Explorer security setting might ask for a
password.
AOL preference settings for WWW might also bounce them off the site. It would
help if we no what the response was when they try it.
