I got this spuria last fall.  Over winter it disappeared and it never 
grew back.... until now.  While out in the garden today I noticed a 
very narrow 2" tall iris where FIREMIST had been.  Is it normal 
behavior for this spuria to go completely winter dormant until June?

SOLAR PRISM, another spuria, had died (like I thought FIREMIST had 
died) over winter too.  Is it possible that will break dormancy soon 
too?
