transplanting rebloomers

I have a large bed of Iris and am beginning to mix in some of the 
rebloomers.  I want to redo the bed, loosening the soil and raising 
it for better drainage.  Considering that I have rebloomers, when do 
I do that?  It hasn't been a big deal with the other Iris, but since 
rebloomers will bloom nearer fall, when do I do it?  Thanks!
