After some more web-rummaging, <Signal> seems to be the most widely
available colorant for herbicides etc.  Comes in little bitty bottles or
gallons.  Touted as non-toxic, biodegradeable, nonstaining etc. in
contrast to the <dyes> which are permanent.  Signal is blue - Barry, is
that the one you are referring to?
