Some are historics, but most of the historics are "newer"
historics. I will put a list together for you and see if anything fits.

John, are any of these historic red-blacks? I have a prolific red-black
that I got as a club plant incorrectly labeled CHERRY SMOKE. Jeff
Walters is also growing it now & we have both tried unsuccessfully to
figure out what it might be. I posted photos of it last year, but
nobody came up with suggested matches. It is very similar in coloration
to SUPERSTITION, but is older, maybe from the mid 50s to the mid 60s.
It is slightly bitoned red black but appears uniformly red black from a
distance. The visible part of the beard is uniformly dark gray blue.
