Hi Richard, and welcome! I only post once in a while, but live in Indiana. I planted 6 shrivelled rhizomes from W-Mart 2 years ago. They all waited till this year to bloom. Last summer I planted 90 cultivars from 4 professional growers. This spring only 28 of the 90 bloomed, but this was a really terrible spring for iris throughout the midwest. Way too much rain, 4 nights of record hard freeze in May... it's a wonder anything bloomed. I fully expect all my new iris to bloom no later than next spring ( several are rebloomers). If yours are big healthy plants, they'll probably bloom nicely the next chance they get. You might want to lay off the nitrogen, as it encourages foliage at the expense of bloom.
Whereabouts in Indiana you frum?
