I just ran out in the rain and looked at the terminal bloom
which was a 4/4 on a single socketed stalk. The second flower
which opened today, too (6/7) was also a 4/4 on a single
socketed stalk. But I live in USDA Zone 3...which is 'warmer'
than the Canadian Zone 3 (I just discovered).
