I have grown SUMMER OLYMPICS for years, nearly got rid of it because it
tends to lean & have stunted stalks. For the last two years, I've tried
unsuccessfully to set pods on it & it doesn't make pollen for me. Plus I
don't remember it reblooming very often here. It just doesn't have the
super health here that HARVEST OF MEMORIES has, which always produces
lots of viable pollen and is more cooperative about setting pods than
any iris I've tried.
SUNNY DISPOSITION is new here this year - it doesn't look like it's
going to have the boistrous good health of HARVEST OF MEMORIES, but
maybe it will be a slow starter like IMMORTALITY.
SPIRIT OF MEMPHIS and GOLDEN IMMORTAL are ones I will try to get this
year, but based on their pedigrees, I doubt they will come close to the
health of HARVEST OF MEMORIES.
Thanks for the suggestions - two more to try!

refer to. Also good rebloomers for me are SUNNY DISPOSITION and SPIRIT
OF MEMPHIS. These yellows are all planted in the same area as my GOLDEN
IMMORTAL>

<Linda, I have to agree with Char on Summer Olympics. It's alway been
one of my favorites. I don't think I've seen another iris that
produced as many stalks as this one. I've not grown SD and I haven't
seen GI bloom yet so I can't speak about them. SOM is a bright shiny
yellow with some brown haft marks as I recall. One I've been thinking
of replacing. I also like Lemon Reflection. Each has endearing
qualities. Betty W from South-central Ky zone 6 >
