Pods/Seeds?

 I'm a beginner, but I got a few pods off of my first attempts and the pod
have ripened.  They are giving me some nice seeds.  Do I let the seeds dry
before I plant them or plant them as soon as they come out of the pods??  I'm
counting on some of you more experienced growers to instruct me, thanks!!
