John,
I am one of those people who like to know what is going on and  how it is 
being done.  The business meeting minutes are(is?) one of the  first things I 
read in most Bulletins. The new digest system does not convey as  much 
information as the previous system did.
Of course, I could live without ever seeing the minutes and  never miss them, 
but I'd prefer to know how things are going.
