I suggest giving it a few days.  I believe they are in the middle of the JI convention.

Sorry I've been so long in replying, but thank you for that suggestion Betty. Right after you mentioned that, I tried asking Aitken's Salmon Creek about the possibility that they might still have it even though they don't list it for sale. I used the form-mail at the website but haven't heard anything at all back yet. Maybe I did something incorrectly and should try contacting Terry Aitken by phone instead?
