AIS web page update

Hi all,

Several people commented that the background on the new web page made it
hard to read. It looked terrific on my monitor, but as you may know, not
all monitors display colors uniformly.

I have changed the background to one that should be a little easier on the
eyes. A few other minor changes were made as well.
