I looked in Schreiner's 1996 catalog. No mention of overseas orders. My
guess is that they do not, but you could call them.
My dad does ship overseas (Aitken's Salmon Creek Gardens, (360) 573-4472).
He even used to ship to eastern block countries, for barter because there
was no currency exchange. 8-) Much easier now, of course.
Other commercial growers might, too. It usually says in their catalogs if
they do or not.
