for the record...though I did not save the emails :( .... I too, was
"welcomed" to the list by a couple of chastising messages. I considered the
reason to be my insufficient knowledge of protocol. This would be a
sociologically interesting series of events to document. In any case, I
still enjoy the info and the group on the list. I found, for example, that
my grandmother's iris, in my garden , is I. versicolor :) !
