Okay,  I'm more confused now.  So I can buy the pool,  poke holes,  then
fill with peat moss (and water?)  do I plant the JI's,  LA's  directly
in the pool?  Will it stay  "boggish" without constant watering?  ( A
valid concern on my father's part;  water bills here are outrageous!) 
If it's a "bog"  with peat moss and dirt and mud and such,  mosquitos
won't breed in it, will they?  If they do,  then I will renounce bog
gardens forever,  due to the fact that mosquitos find me *quite tasty!*

I find their bites  *quite painful!*
