My TITAN'S GLORY *does* have very pronounced PBF and it is also in full
sun.
I got it from Cooleys in 1994 and it has yet to bloom, but in all
fairness, it frost-heaved its first winter and spent the next year
recovering. When it didn't bloom in 1996 I decided dividing and soil
amendments (alfalfa) were in order, so this was its first spring since
being divided quite late last season (but it didn't frost heave again).
The PB foliage looks great--nice wide tall leaves. Healthy, vigorous
looking plant in a not very healthy, vigorous garden. It had better bloom
next year or it's in trouble in my garden.
