What's probably happening, is that the double blooms (or triple blooms)
to come out fo that socket are just now forming. It's NOT reblooming,
just some of your buds are a little slow forming. (Someone correct me
if I'm wrong.)

That's called the SPATHE. It is dead common to have more than one
flower develop out of one spathe. Sky Hooks does this, and so do a
NUMBER of other flowers. This is not a fault, nor is it reblooming.
(If I'm wrong, someone please inform me.)
