MLM (Hmm -- Mysterious List Monicker?) -- Sure, and plant them. Your
iris may have a virus, or be a victim of weather damage (I have seen a
lot of what you describe this year among my own flowers); then again, it
might be a mutation. If your iris has good form and this phenomenon
repeats next year, it might be worth seeing what future generations look
like.
