Jeff, thanks for this report. Here in Tennessee our stress test consisted
of early warmup followed by a number of freezes and a cold spring. Bloom
exhibited a lot of the same problems you mentioned.
Of course my list of cultivars is quite different from yours, and many which
you mentioned as doing well don't even survive here, but I thought it might
be interesting to mention those which I also grow and which also passed the
stress test here. Using your list, I'll leave the names of those which I
also found did well.

Not a very big list, but these iris must be given credit for good growth.
Julie Allen, Sparta, TN, the great rainforest of the East, 21 consecutive
days of rain now and no sun. What survived the bloom season may not survive
the deluge.
