ID Confirmation

I'm not entirely sure why neither of my earlier posts generated any
replies but I'll try again. Have only been on this list for a month or
so.

My wife and I have become very interested in iris over the last few
years. We have 17 different small beds planted around the yeard and
next to the house. With the exception of two varieties that came from
an aunt many years ago, we bought the others from a nearby grower in
Southfield, Michigan (Hughes Gardens).

This spring has been wonderful, right niow 10 of the 12 beds at the back
of the yard are in bloom. The problem is, of course, that we didn't do
a very good juob of keeping track of what was planted where. Could
anyone help with confirming my id's of some of them?

1. SULTAN's PALACE: 24-36 inch bloomstalks. Standards and falls are
the same deep rust color (look black just before the buds open) The
beards are a gold in color.

2. Crystal Glitters: 30-36 inch tall bloomstalks. Standards are coral
colored. Falls are pale coral/pink at the outside becoing more coral to
the center. Beards start very pale and become more inense coral to the
center.

3. Tut's Gold: 36-44 inch tall bloomstalks. Standards and falls are a
very bright golden yellow color with deeper golden beards. One of the
blooms is 7" across.

4. Swazi Princess: 34-44 inch tall bloomstalks. Buds appear to be very
black before opening. Falls are a deep purple almoast black. Standards
are a richer purple, kind of royal velvet purple. Beards are deep
purple.

I have more ID'ing to do. Several others in bloom right now. But will
close for now.

Thanks in advance. This is a great place to learn.
