The AIS Judges and Show Officials Handbook defines six *Divisions*, which
constitute the major categories of an iris show, although most shows do not
include all of them. The Divisions are Horticulture, Seedlings, Youth, 
Artistic, Educational, and Commercial.

Walter Moores has already provided the answer to your second question,
which is Queen of Show=Best Specimen.
