Yes, Ross, this sometimes happens. I have about 500 clumps and I
would say that about 75 of them did not bloom, and they all got the same
treatment. Some non-bloomers were next to a clump that bloomed
beautifully. I do not understand why some do not bloom. Maybe, they are
longing for their birthplace....I just don't know. But, those shy
bloomers who do this for three years get the shovel!
