Everyone,
In our climate, the flat iris did not perform consistantly. By this I
mean that the standards did not fall over all of the time. Many of our
customers complained of this "fault", therefore we discontinued all of
them.
Be aware that this can happen if you decide to purchase any.
I believe that "most" of the flat iris are iris with weak standards. I
don't know of any hybridizers who deliberately breed for this trait. If
someone does then please let me know, because I will try growing
theirs.
