OT:seed pods

I have a question for all you knowledgeable people out there! I have
several irises that appear to be producing seed pods. What do I do
with them? Leave alone and they will re-seed? Pick and dry? They
are on some iris that are unknown's - just landscaper type. Very
pretty tall, some purple bearded and some gold/yellow bearded.
