I'm just voicing my agreement with John. Iris-l has helped me learn a
considerable amount about irises. Much of which was not available in
books. It has even helped me find the books I need.

I realise a lot of Iris-l people have come over to iris-talk already,
but it concerns me that the newbies will not be able to find us. I
repeat my comment of yesterday: Could all people (Including Tom) who
have iris web pages, set up a pointer to iris-talk ASAP? Often people
don't persist in looking if they are rejected (say - by trying to
subscribe to the now defunct iris-l). Let's do our best to help them.
