Both types (east and west coast) Setosa's have bloomed the
second year from seed, here. I kept the seedlings watered
occasionally throughout the middle and late summer
during dry spells.

I'll be able to answer this question within a couple weeks.
The first batch of Setosa seeds I grew were from Parks Seed,
called BLUE LIGHTS. These were all uniform.
This year will be the third year for the first batch of
different Setosa seeds from SIGNA seed exchange. These
plants are just beginning to send up bloom stalks, now.
