Linda; I think you are covering to much area. Lora Masche, Forquin Mtn. Iris
is 2 miles away and this year there is a 4-8 day difference in Bloom time
this year, hers being earlier.  When you consider the hot and cold
temperatures another  factor might be the humidity and always the amount of
sunshine.
    Still making notes on the late freeze here but the aparent damage is
some plants did not have the multiplication. Quite a few one fan no bloom.
