Carryl, at our show we have a Queen's Table that consists of 5 or 6 long
tables.  Each table is "sectioned" with educational display boards that are
4 feet tall, stand up and have short sides.  These are readily available
from teacher's stores.  Each educational board and the table under it are
draped with different colors of plush velvet material.  Nothing is elevated,
but it is colorful and elegant (as long as we make sure colors don't clash!)
and catches the public's eye very effectively immediately upon entry.  On
this table we have the Queen, Youth Queen, first and second runnerups to
each; best of section award winners, best design, best novice design, best
youth design, sweepstakes and special prize winners.  It is great for photos
and nothing is too high to see.
