Just too dang hot, humid, and dry in the summers - probably takes
everything it can muster just to stay alive.  The best looking clump was
out in the gravel field.  The ones in the rebloomer bed that got water
all summer didn't do nearly as well.  I suspect it would have been
happier if it could have shut down and rested thru the heat and dry
rather than trying to keep growing.
