a wonderful passion.

One must live life with a passion for something! The alternative is not
worth considering. Passion, whatever it's target, soothes away pain,
loneliness, and fear, and makes the night a little less dark.
We choose irises, but there are many other passions we also hold dear. Some
we share, others we don't. Lloyd plays the piano, Christy rides horses, and
Bill writes books about irises. Despite individual passions, we all enjoy
the iris community.
I discover new passions, almost daily. I've a newly found passion for roses,
daylillies, dahlias, and Avery. Avery is a new grandaughter due in November.
My first. Could she possibly replace irises as the main passion in my life?
A definite possibility.
Here's to passion! <grin>
