If I wanted to put pollen on a Setosa, where's the right
spot? Is it on the "tubular hairs" sticking upwards between
the falls?

Only thing I've noticed between the falls are what're supposed to pass for 
standards.

Procedure is the same for setosa as any other iris. Plunk the pollen on the 
lip on the underside of the stylearm. Just be sure you open the bloom 
yourself so you know you're the first one doing any pollinating. :)
