I think I can help with this one. I helped clear out and ID most of Earl's remaining
stock. A vegetable garden is now there in place of all the irises. Earl is no longer
in a nursing home, but in a house very near his daughter. Most of his records were in his
head, and unfortunately Earl doesn't remember very much. There may be a stud book
around, however.
I will be glad to contact his daughter and see if we can find out any information, and see if
they care if it is distributed. More to follow...............

It is my understanding that Earl has closed his garden and is
now residing in a nursing home. This information was posted here
last fall, I think. Dennis Kramb, who lives in the Cincinnati area
close to the Hall's, might be of some help in contacting the family
and getting some information. I would be reluctant to sell his
seedling without permission from Earl or the family.
