John I'd like to beg your indulgence. I agree with your sentiment, but would
like to add a small observation. Sorry!
My only problem with this subject is that AOL does not provide this automatic
service, which the rest of you have, and that requires that we remember AND
type with each post. Not a big deal since I don't post much anymore, and will
do so less as time passes.
My last post reminded me of an earlier thought on this subject. Does it
really help? How many people in other countries know exactly where our
states and regions lie? Or, how many keep maps of the USA close for
reference?
In all honesty, knowing the provinces of other countries does not help me,
unless I look it up. Unfortunately, I am neither a world traveler nor a
student of foreign geography, beyond common knowledge. I've always been an
easy student, and proud that I could learn anything I wanted to, whether I
liked the subject or not. Like world class photography, these are subjects
on which I will have to take a pass.
Betty, a certified iris nut, in South Central Kentucky in
Middle/Southern/Eastern USA (or some such.) Is the addition a chore/problem?
Sometimes. And when it's not relevent. <<<<<<----returning to the loft.
(Sorry, John.)
