Hi, Mr. Simmons: I know Louise Bellagamba. She lives in St. Charles,
MO, is active in the Greater St. Louis Iris Society, and enjoys an
established reputation as both judge and hybridizer. I do not know the
cultivar you refer to, but I grow her President Truman and Rill and
love them. Her Patio Rose recently won an award, I think (AM??). She's
getting on in years now, but still lives alone and continues to produce
