I hate to be a itch, but, am I the only one with snow still on the ground 
(and the gardens) ? I see some medians near the foundation and
they look horrid. The name-tags have heaved and it is impossible to push the 
back in the frozen ground. My garden maps are hard to read since I never 
plant anything in rows preferring the look of a border interspersed with 
other plants.

Bill Shear wonderful report on his reticulatas was great and made me 
wistful.

Still freezing here (altho' we had a Zone 4 winter not 3),
