Lucy, there is a much better marker that won't fade for several years. It
is the Speedball
Painters marker. They are available at Wal Mart, art supply stores, and
some craft
stores. Get the black color, fine point. They are easy to use and very
fade resistant.
I have some that are fine after four years, and now the Dallas Arboretum uses
them also.
