Iris whatsis finally opened its first bloom today while outside Mom Nature
was doing a Spring snow storm thing!
She's the classic Iris japonica. Color and details match the photos
perfectly and this first bloom is a whopping 2 1/4" across. With one branch
showing 8 buds and the other showing 9, we'll have a welcome show for quite
a while. :)
