Buddy,
It looks like you are getting your mail in Digest Form. To get
individual messages, go to http://www.onelist.com/ and sign in with your
e-mail address and password. That will bring up a list of all onelist
mailing lists you are on. There, you can change the setting for iris-talk so
that you will get individual e-mails. Then, be sure to click the save
changes button that will be visible.
Once that is done, click on "sign out" and the task will be finished.
