Cult-Strange summer

From: "Colleen Modra" <irises@senet.com.au>

The effects of our weird weather are continuing .
Today, I finally managed to get some work done in the garden after endless show sales and a business trip interstate.
Found all my Dutch Iris, Ixias and species Gladiolus have sprouted, some months early. It will be interesting to see when thay flower.
A crab apple and pear tree are blossoming.
My roses which I planted last winter look absolutely fabulous and most are extremely well grown, no black spot either.

On the rebloom front All That Jazz and Waltz Across Texas are doing their bit. I've had at least some TB in flower since New Year. I can live with this.
I've had a few minor bits of rot but nowhere as mich as I expected
