Hi Jody:
The hybridizer is Roger Nelson and he is not on e-mail that I am aware of.
I
remember that he told a story that when he requested permission to name the
iris after Cher, he offered to send an iris to her to grow.... and he did.
He received a call some time later from one of her representatives who was
worried that the plant was looking wan. Seems that it was being grown as a
houseplant.
Anyway... just a little 'color', but I'm sure someone can produce a picture
for your project.
