I have not heard from Tom Burseen. He's the one most likely to have
been damaged by the twister as it went very close to his home and garden
in Grand Prairie. Those of us in Dallas County excluding Tom in the far
southern part of the county escaped damage. The baseball size hail of a
month ago was more of a problem for us here on the east side of the
county. The hail gave my husband a bit of plastic surgery on his car
and a total paint job to the tune of $2K and he was just one of a cast
of thousands. Let's hope that the Tornado Alley that we have here and
in Oklahoma and Kansas has done its dastardly deed and won't show up for
the convention.
