There is certainly something to this point of view.

Another way of looking at things is that small cars are more
maneuverable and can avoid accidents larger cars could not.

Message to all: no matter what car you have, drive carefully and
defensively, so you and your passengers can enjoy the iris for many
years to come. Please.
