One of the activities of the Historic Iris Preservation Society--HIPS- is to
help to try to identify unknown Iris--contact Philip Edinger POBox 637
Cloverdale, CA 95425 there are several persons in HIPS who are helping to

information needed--if the plant is in bloom now--take pictures and
measurements--and record color--hopes this info helps you--and anyone else
who is trying to identify the unknowns--
Carryl in western Montana zone3/4 HIPS Treasurer-- where we actually have
some snow melting and revealing frozen iris leaves where I did not get them
cut back last fall
