Cocoa Pink is a 'khaki' pink SDB with a very deep blue beard and Genetic Burst is a quarter aril with blue stripes on a white ground. Wouldn't it be great to have a pink IB with blue stripes and a blue beard? Yes? No?

Janet, I would think you'd get a goodly number of broken color seedlings.

Open standards are not domed, nor do they arch or touch at the tips. If you have ever seen Zing Me or a picture of it, then you know what open standards are - just wide open. With ZM, it seems hard to breed out. Touching standards, domed standards, or swirled standards are preferred and are examples of closed standards.
