CAT: Schreiners' online

I am having trouble with Schreiner's online catalog - when I push 'next'
at the bottom of each 'letter' page, I either get an error message or it
reloads the same page. When I try to do a search, I get either an error
message or a dumped loop of their entire website. (In other words, it
starts loading from the introduction page, and strings all the
subsequent pages together, inserting duplicates here and there). I
haven't been able to find their 2001 introductions.
When I sent them a note, they said others had reported having a problem,
but it worked for them, and they couldn't help me.
So here I am without a paper copy AND unable to acess their purty
pictures! Rats.
Anybody know if they plan to fix their website? I have Netscape 4.7
