The registration form for the AIS National Convention in
York was not in the Bulletin. Also, the Bulletin came out a
little late. To help out those people that wish to attend,
but have not yet registered, on behalf of the Susquehanna
Iris Society I am pleased to announce that the early
registration cost has been extended through April 1st. As
long as your postmark is April 1st or earlier, you will
receive the lower rate of $198 for full registration.
Full registration gets you the whole package - three
days of tours, all the section meetings, and the two
banquets.

Room rates are $99 for a single/double, plus tax. Cut
off date for blocked rooms is April 15.
The dates for the convention are May 21 through May 26.
The 21st is the AIS board meeting. Section meetings start
on the 22nd. More section meetings, an iris show, and the
welcoming banquet are on the 23rd. The 24th through the
26th are the garden tour days - there are 10 gardens on
tour. The evening of the 26th is the Awards banquet.
There are a lot of interesting things to do in the area,
so if you can extend your trip for a day or two, please
do!!! Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Gettysburg, Hershey
Chocolates, and Amish country are all nearby.
