Colleen,
That amazes me too. I'll get some stalks that start with city water,
but oh what that rainwater will do! I put buckets and watering cans
anywhere there are drips from the roofline (any there are MANY) so I can
water the planters that are under the roofline too deeply and actually don't
get watered when it rains. ..And of course in a few days the pots remaining
need water again anyway. Mother nature always does it better, doesn't she?
