Hi, all,
My first stalk of rebloom on REINCARNATION has sprung up this week,
having been planted in '98. While we're having some light freezes at
night, the days have been sunny, so I'm hopeful it will hang on until
bloom.
I finally plucked LIGHT REBUFF after more than a week and the buds
hadn't increased in size. It shows little sign of blooming, but I'm
still hopeful. It was a bonus and I don't remember the source, but I
probably could dig in my records and find out if it's important to
you.
PLUM WINE SDB has five, count them FIVE, new buds on it. I don't
know if you call that rebloom or early bloom in March. It's already
rebloomed at least once this winter. And most important, it is
GORGEOUS, one of my favorite dwarfs, and even set pods last spring.
It has multiplied rapidly, but I'm keeping every one for future hyb
use. While I'm selling many TBs to make way for new orders to pursue
my hyb projects, I'll never sell that one.
Incidentally, if anyone wants a list of those I plan to sell for
trading purposes, e-mail me at my own address: pbrooks@whidbey.net
